All of our products are shipped by courier. With the exception of orders placed on Saturday, all orders will be shipped in 1–5 business days.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 working days. If some of the products are out of stock we will contact you to for further information about the the delivery time of the ordered product.

In your account profile of your orders  you may track the status of your order at any time.

Please, be informed that the ordered products should be checked immediately upon delivery,  by the user, the client or authorized person.

Any damages and products out of order should be reported immediately to the trader.

International Deliveries / Shipment:
The final cost of international shipment may vary according to the country.

Return of goods and claims:

For your convenience and facilitation we would like to offer you an easy way to return or replace the ordered product within 28 days upon the receipt of order.
Contact us at help@nikomlight.com. Please quote your order number and whether you want replacement / other item / or refund.
Once we receive the unwanted item back in original packaging and condition, you will receive an email confirmation.

*Please note that only goods which do not need special delivery may be return, this will be notified in advance.

Recovery of payments:

Any refund will automatically be paid on the card,  used for payment of the contract. The transaction usually takes about five working days, depending on your bank / card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be organized to the bank account from which the payment was received.
